Terms and Conditions

Safety First: Always wear a provided life jacket while on board to ensure your safety during the ride.

No Alcohol Policy: For the safety and well-being of all passengers, the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during the boat ride.

Age Restrictions: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 5 years to be eligible for the engine boat ride.

Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel rides for the safety of our passengers.

Rescheduling and Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hr in advance.

Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 min before your scheduled ride. Late arrivals may result in a shortened ride duration.

Medical Conditions: Guests with certain medical conditions may be advised against participating in the engine boat ride. Please consult with a member of our staff if you have any concerns.

Behavioural Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe behaviour that endangers other passengers or crew members will not be tolerated. Offending parties may be asked to leave the boat without a refund.

Damages and Liability: Any damages to the boat or equipment caused by a guest's negligence or deliberate actions will be the responsibility of the guest.

Pets and Animals: For the safety and comfort of all passengers, pets and animals are not allowed on board.

Children and Minors: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on board.

Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions provided by the crew for a safe evacuation or response.
